Who we are: Elliott Floyed trading as Service active (ABN 44 961 624 431).
What we collect: the name, email address and optional mobile number you enter in the sign-up form, whether you are interested in membership, whether you ticked the updates box, and the date and IP address of the sign-up.
Why: to keep a waitlist for membership and, only if you ticked the box, to send you occasional updates. Each update will include a way to unsubscribe.
Sharing: we don't sell, rent or share your details. They are stored on our own server in Australia.
Access, correction, removal: to ask for your details to be removed, enter your email in the sign-up form with REMOVE as your name. Removal requests are actioned manually; nothing is deleted automatically. To correct them, sign up again with the right details.
Complaints: if you aren't happy with how we handled your details, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Unauthorised access is prohibited. All access is logged.
